Specific examples of DX will be presented.
Several initiatives are already underway in terms of business process and CX.
First of all, we are working on the digital twinning of condominiums in the housing business.
We have entered into a strategic partnership with Accenture, and by utilizing the CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) provided by them,
we will create a digital twin of BRANZ properties, improve CX, and reduce the environmental impact of model room construction, etc.
We are already working on sales using digital content, and while making the most of the fact that the digital twin is a sophisticated simulation tool, we aim to provide an experience value that is comparable to a model room tour, and in some cases exceeds the model room experience.
Next is the sale of Japan's first ski NFT "Niseko Powder Tokens" at Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu.
Niseko's powder snow is recognized around the world as "JAPOW (Japan + Powder + Snow)," and we sold NFTs (non-fungible tokens) with early entry rights (the right to enter before the opening time and ski before anyone else) at the ski resort.
We will continue to provide new experience value by combining real experience value and NFTs, and will work to enhance the value of Japan's tourism resources and real estate through the use of NFTs.
Lastly, we are pleased to announce our selection as a "Digital Transformation Issue 2023”.
We were selected as one of the "Digital Transformation Issues 2023" in recognition of our DX strategy integrated with our management strategy, our organization and systems to realize the strategy, and our examples of deepening existing business models and creating new business models by utilizing DX.
