This is an explanation of the roadmap for DX, which is a company-wide policy.
Toward the year 2030, we will promote DX in three phases: "Business Processes," "Customer Experience (CX)," and "Innovation”.
In Business Processes, we will aim to improve profitability by increasing productivity through a shift to creative operations by saving labor.
In CX, the Group will create emotional experiences by enhancing the sophistication of its abundant customer contact points, aiming to increase earnings by improving the value of customer experiences.
In innovation, we will create new value through the utilization of intellectual assets and aim to diversify revenue sources by creating new business models.
In the restructuring phase through 2025, we will focus mainly on business processes and CX, and in the subsequent robustness phase, we will work to generate innovation.
