This is an introduction to “Kudan-Kaikan Terrace,” which was completed in July.
At this property, we have rebuilt the “former Kudan-Kaikan,” a registered tangible cultural property, while partially preserving it.
Based on the concept of “retro-modernism in bloom along the waterfront,” this facility integrates the old and the new, with a preserved part where the historical building has been preserved and restored, and a newly constructed part, consisting of cutting-edge offices with 17 floors above ground, that overlooks the moat and utilizes the IoT.
In terms of “softer” qualities, the building features a number of notable characteristics of the Company, as it is equipped for an increasingly diversified range of office needs, including a cafeteria for office workers that supports health and productivity management by office tenants, a clinic mall, and common areas where people can interact with the surrounding area.
