③ Major projects (Offices/Commercial facilities etc.)

We will now explain our major projects, including those for offices and commercial facilities.

The official name of the Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan, which is expected to be completed in November 2023, has been determined as “Shibuya Sakura Stage.”
This is a large-scale complex that combines "work, play, and residence," with offices that can be flexibly occupied by companies of various sizes, commercial facilities that create and disseminate information on cutting-edge trends and culture, and the only residential facility in the central district of Shibuya Station.
In addition, serviced apartments for foreign businesspeople, etc., childcare support facilities, international medical facilities, and start-up support facilities that will serve as places for the creation of new businesses will be introduced.
