DX case study

Here, we will introduce specific case examples of DX.
We already have multiple initiatives underway in the areas of business processes and CX.

We will begin with the establishment of TFHD digital Inc.
TFHD digital was established as a DX function company for facilitating the internalization of DX functions and the focused acquisition and development of specialized personnel with a view to the further strengthening of DX as espoused in the Group policy under GROUP VISION 2030.
On the website of The Association for Reciprocal Revitalization of Renewable Energy and Region, or FOURE for short, we developed and publicly released a Renewable Energy Database through which we visualized information on power generation.

Next, we will discuss the opening of the Ginza Salon, a sales base under Tokyu Livable that combines digital and physical platforms.
Where sales of condominiums and detached housing are concerned, the environment resulting from the popularization of webinars and online business talks due to the COVID-19 pandemic is now conducive for customers who are considering purchasing a property to effectively obtain a wealth of property information at the stage before they visit model rooms.
It is envisioned that the needs of customers who seek to efficiently obtain necessary information at a time that is convenient for them and choose a place of residence that closely matches what they are looking for from a larger pool of properties will gradually increase in situations involving property tours as well.
In order to accommodate such changes, we will facilitate a shift in sales methods from conventional ones in which we focus on attracting customers to various sites to those in which we proceed to provide real experiences of multiple properties continuously at a single site through reproductions of room interior spaces in their actual size and 3D building modeling using digital technology, virtual reality renditions of room layouts and other similar means.
Simultaneously, in addition to leveraging properties developed in house, we will aim to expand consignment sales properties through proposals involving lesser sales expenses and shorter sales periods as we move forward.
