Roadmap for Value Creation through DX

Allow us to explain our roadmap as it pertains to the DX that we have cited in the Group policy.

We will go on to pursue this DX across three separate phases, Business Processes, CX and Innovation, with a view to 2030.
For Business Processes, we will make the shift to creative operations based on energy-saving in our operations and aim to improve our profit margin through productivity enhancements.
For CX, we will create moving experiences by sophisticating the wealth of customer contact points in the Group’s possession and aim to increase revenues by improving the value of customer experiences.
For Innovation, we will create new value by utilizing intellectual assets and will aim to diversify our revenue sources by creating new business models.
In the restructuring phase leading up to 2025, we will mainly focus on business processes and CX. For the resilience phase that follows, we will endeavor to give rise to innovation.
