2-6. Growth Strategy(1) Creation of communities based on lifestyle proposals ∼ Town Planning with Alteration of Generations ∼

Next, we will move on to urban development based on recycling among generations.

With regard to structures, in the combined development of a condominium and a residential building for seniors, we will build them on the same site and provide variable floor plans to enable adaptation to changes in life stages for a long time.

With respect to services, we will, for example, offer support for moving from condominiums to residences for seniors. With collaboration among group companies such as Tokyu Land Corporation and Tokyu Community Corporation, our Group will directly run and offer services based on a combination of buildings and services in order to respond to the diverse needs of customers in the rapidly aging society.

It is also notable that two projects will reach completion and commence operation within the period of the medium-term management plan, namely the Setagaya Nakamachi Project in the current fiscal year and the Yokohama Tokaichiba Project in FY2019.
