2-5. Growth Strategy(1) Creation of communities based on lifestyle proposals ∼ Greater Shibuya Area Concept ∼

We will now move onto the details of the individual growth strategies.
First, we will take a closer look at the first one, which is urban development with proposals regarding lifestyles.

The most significant example is our initiative for the Greater Shibuya Area.
This area is characterized by the integration of numerous functions associated with work style, home style and play style. In addition, our major projects are concentrated in this area. Taking advantage of these aspects, we will carry out and engage in development aimed at expansion from specific locations to an area.
We will offer office spaces with operation services and conduct area management activities for the incubation of start-up companies and for greater area value. We will engage in urban development through value provision from integrated services covering development, management and operation. In so doing, we will aim to establish a virtuous cycle of eventually increasing the value of the associated assets.
