We will now move on to our Group’s strengths from the perspective of customers.
As the diagram shows, our Group operates a wide variety of businesses in all areas of work style, home style and play style.
Since we have long-lasting contact with customers from their school days until the period after retirement, we are able to provide goods and services suited to their needs at different life stages. This gives our Group an advantage.
In the previous fiscal year, we added National Students Information Center to our Group by means of M&A. We thereby gained contact with students, a group of customers with whom our Group has had little contact. This will further boost the strength of our Group.
