2-4. Three Growth Strategies

In accordance with the two basic policies, we will implement three growth strategies based on our comprehensive capabilities in the framework of the new medium-term management plan.

The first strategy is “Creation of communities based on lifestyle proposals”.
The second one is “Expansion of the cyclical reinvestment business”.
And the third one is “Strengthening of stock utilization”.

In addition, with a view to continued growth and long-term growth in corporate value, we will step up efforts to produce synergy among businesses, optimize our Group’s managerial resources and work on ESG management for continuous improvement in the profit level.
We will aim toward our vision of standing as a corporate group that creates and proposes lifestyles beyond the framework of buildings.
