We will now explain movements in gains on sales and our pipeline.
The Group has promoted the expansion of associated assets up to this point.
In our Urban Development business and Strategic Investment business segments, we hold approx. 680.0 billion yen in land and buildings for sale as of September 30, 2022.
In the asset utilization business, we aim to increase the balance of assets in land and buildings for sale at the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 by 20% compared to the end of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022.
Going forward, we will endeavor to generate profit from the asset sales through efficient asset turnover, and reinvest the returns.
