Initiatives to realize a decarbonized society (SBT)

Allow us to explain our specific efforts to achieve SBT certification (1.5℃ level).

For Scope 1 & 2, we will successively achieve target levels at an early stage largely by switching the main facilities under Tokyu Land Corporation to renewable energy.

As for Scope 3, we need cooperative endeavors with partners including construction companies, and provision of decarbonized value to customers.
We will strive to achieve aggressive targets by means that include improving the ZEB/ZEH levels of properties under development and introducing ICP and environmental certifications acquired for properties that we hold.
