③ FY2022 Q2 (First Six Months)

We will now cover our Property Management & Operation segment.

For the Second Quarter, operating revenue came to 152.0 billion yen and operating profit to 1.8 billion yen, representing a decrease in revenues but an increase in profit over the same quarter last year. This performance brought the segment back into the black.
Due largely to a recovery in construction work and rental conference room businesses, Property Management experienced an increase in profit.
A certain degree of recovery from COVID-19 in our hotel and other businesses resulted in an increase in profit in Wellness.

For our full-year forecast, we project operating revenue of 339.0 billion yen and operating profit of 11.4 billion yen, representing a decrease in revenues but an increase in profit from the previous year.
Property Management is expected to see an increase in profit due to the strong performance of construction work and rental conference rooms businesses. Wellness is also slated to show an increase in profit due to further recovery from the impact of COVID-19 in our hotel and healthcare businesses.
