This is the status of our property management stock and major properties entrusted.
The Property Management business, which is mainly operated by Tokyu Community Corporation, is characterized by its knowhow in the management of a wide range of assets that go beyond condominiums and office buildings.
“Hokkaido Ballpark F Village” scheduled to open in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and "Yoyogi Park Park-PFI Project” (tentative name) scheduled to open to the public in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024 are examples of properties entrusted.
Leveraging this knowhow, we will continue endeavoring to expand stable earnings as we move forward.
