③ FY2022 Q2 (First Six Months)

We will now provide an explanation on our future main hotel and healthcare facility projects and on the status of operating ratios at Tokyu Stay.

The upper portion is an introduction of our main projects.
Sales of “Storyline Senagajima” hotel condominium and the memberships in the “Tokyu Harvest Club VIALA Kinugawa Keisui” are progressing steadily.
Additionally, this December, “Tokyu Stay Mercure Osaka Namba,” a double-brand hotel by Tokyu Stay and the France-based Accor, is slated to open.

The operation status of Tokyu Stay is shown in the bottom-left.
Starting with this fiscal term, we have altered our format so that movements in operating ratios, ADR and RevPAR can be verified on a monthly basis.
RevPAR as indicated by the color dark green is in the process of recovering due to a recovery in domestic demand. We anticipate that inbound demand will also gradually recover from October onwards.
