For the Urban Development segment, we’ll proceed to replace our portfolio and improve quality while maintaining our asset size.
As to our Strategic Investment, we plan to double revenue through renewable energy and the operation of our logistics facilities.
With the Property Management and Operation segment, we expect recovery in tourism, including in-bound demand, during the latter half of our plan.
The Real Estate Agents segment foresees continuous growth on the back of a favorable market.
And as a KPI for improved efficiency, we have set our ROA objective for asset-utilizing businesses at 3.6 percent.
We will make this happen by getting large‐scale development projects underway, expanding our high-efficiency initiatives such as renewable energy, and strengthening our rotating businesses.
As for our businesses utilizing human capital, we will set out to achieve operating profit at 8.1 percent, supported by a recovery in tourism demand.
