Sales Indicators for Brokerage.
As shown in the upper left, in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, the number of transactions
increased in both retail and wholesale due to the active real estate transaction market, and the
average transaction price also increased.
The lower right hand side shows our plan for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, which is to
increase transaction volume by increasing the number of retail transactions.
