Segment Overview

The following is an overview of upcoming major projects for hotels and healthcare facilities, as well as Tokyu Stay's operation status.

The upper section is an introduction of major projects.
Sales of memberships in the TOKYU Harvest Club, including TOKYU Harvest Club VIALA Hakone Koyu, scheduled to open in October 2024, are progressing steadily.
In addition, Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya, an extended stay hotel, opened at Shibuya Sakura Stage in February 2024.

The bottom row shows Tokyu Stay’s occupancy status and the number of guest rooms.
Due to the increase in inbound demand, RevPAR for March 2024 is 13,609 yen, significantly higher than 10,404 yen in March 2019 before COVID-19, setting a new record high.
