The following is a breakdown by segment of the forecast for fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
Operating profit is expected to increase year-on-year in the Property Management & Operation segment and the Real Estate Agents segment, while it is expected to decrease in the Urban Development segment and the Strategic Investment Business segment.
Of the gross profit from asset sales projected for March 2024, approximately 60% has already been sold or contracted.
The segment's strategic investment business segment is expected to increase profit year-on-year.
