Please let me explain our specific efforts to achieve SBT certification (1.5℃ level).
As for Scopes 1 & 2, we aim to achieve the target level at an early stage through measures such as the switch to renewable energy at major facilities of Tokyu Land Corporation.
As for Scope 3, we need cooperative endeavors with partners including construction companies, and provision of decarbonized value to customers.
We will strive to achieve our targets through efforts such as improving the ZEB/ZEH levels of the properties under development and introducing environmental certifications acquired and the ICP to the properties held by the Company.
