Now, I will talk about examples of our sustainability initiatives.

First, this is about the completion of Tokyu Land Corporation’s switching of all electric power used at its offices and facilities that it owns to 100% renewable energy, which is one of the criteria for achieving RE100.
Leveraging the characteristic of our company that we operate a power generation business, we soon achieved the switch to electric power generated from renewable energy by combining a variety of methods, including utilizing non-fossil fuel energy certificates with tracking information for Tokyu Land Corporation renewable energy power plants, and the direct supply of power generated from renewable energy at non-FIT power plants to our facilities.
In the future, we will proceed to submit applications for RE100 based on our track record of using renewable energy.

Next, this is about our data center business, which we operate using electric power generated from renewable energy.
In the data center business, electric power consumption, which is necessary for the business, and the accompanying CO2 emissions, were a major issue.
In response to this problem, in Ishikari City, Hokkaido, we began considering the development of a data center where the electric power it needed to operate was supplied by renewable energy facilities.
The details will be considered at a later date, but we will proceed with this project as an initiative that combines the diversification of our business assets as a developer and the Renewable Energy Business, which is a notable characteristic of the Group.

Allow us to close with an introduction of a case example in which our decarbonization initiatives were recognized and we became partners of a local government.
Taking advantage of the knowhow in our Renewable Energy Business, we have been selected as a business operator that introduces solar power generation equipment based on PPA for 53 elementary, middle, high and special assistance schools in Yokohama CIty. Going forward, we will continue to back the decarbonization and sustainable urban development efforts of local governments.
