Next, I will discuss our value creation based on DX.
We will implement three measures to promote DX, as set forth in our long-term management policy, namely “business process,” “CX (customer experience),” and “innovation,” as we aim to “establish a new revenue model by maximizing the values of assets and human capital with DX.”
In the asset-utilizing business, we will focus on enhancing our assets and area value by “improving the centripetal force of cities by making them smart,” and in the human-capital utilizing business, we will focus on improving our service value by “creating advanced service models.” In this way, our policy will be to focus on creating experiential value for customers in all situations.
