③ Main projects and Operation status

We will now provide an explanation of our future main hotel and healthcare facility projects and on the status of operation at Tokyu Stay.

The top section provides information on our major projects.
Sales of memberships at the STORYLINE Senagajima hotel condominium and TOKYU Harvest Club VIALA Kinugawa Keisui are progressing on a steady note.
In December, we also opened the Tokyu Stay MERCURE Osaka Namba, a hotel that shares the branding of Tokyu Stay and Accor (France).

The operating status of Tokyu Stay is shown on the bottom left.
On a RevPAR basis, performance had recovered to pre-COVID-19 levels in December, thanks to domestic demand as a result of travel support, etc., and inbound demand generated by the easing of regulations.
