② Stock of properties

This is the status of our property management stock and major properties entrusted.

The Property Management business, mainly operated by Tokyu Community Corporation, is characterized by its knowhow in the management of a wide range of assets in addition to condominiums and office buildings.
HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE scheduled to open in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023 and Yoyogi Koen Park-PFI Project (tentative name), which is scheduled to open in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, are case examples of properties entrusted.

Leveraging this knowhow, we will continue to expand stable earnings.
