Now, we will explain value-creation through DX.
We will push forward with initiatives for the three measures in DX promotion that we espoused in our long-term management policy, namely Business Processes, Customer Experience (CX) and Innovation, and aim to “maximize the value of assets and human capital with DX and establish new earnings models.”
Our policy will be to focus on improving asset and area value through “boosting the unifying force in cities through the conversion of those cities into smart ones” in our asset utilization operations and on improving service value through “creating advanced service models” in our human capital operations, and to address the creation of customers’ experiential value in all kinds of situations.
