③ Major projects (Office/Commercial)

We will now explain our major projects, including those for offices and commercial facilities.

In June 2022, COERU SHIBUYA was completed on a site adjacent to SHIBUYA SOLASTA, our base of operations.
This building was adopted for the Sustainable Architecture Lead Project (wood-construction lead project) driven by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which aims to develop, disseminate and raise awareness of technology required for wooden buildings. It is an environmentally friendly building made of wood, a renewable and recyclable resource.

In addition, KUDAN-KAIKAN TERRACE was completed in July.
The former Kudan Kaikan building, a registered tangible cultural property building, was rebuilt while being partially preserved. The new property is a retro-modern facility that blends the old with the new: the part of the historic building preserved and restored using valuable technology from the time of its construction, and the newly-constructed 17-story state-of-the-art office building with IoT in place that overlooks the moat.
