These are images of Abeno Market Park Q's MALL, which opened in April 2011. You can also see here a rendering of the Omotesando project, scheduled to open in fiscal year 2012.
Abeno Market Park Q's MALL, which is to be managed by our subsidiary, TOKYU LAND SC MANAGEMENT, opened on April 26 and is performing strongly with full tenant occupancy, including SHIBUYA 109 Abeno, with its first store in the Kansai area, Tokyu Hands, and UNIQLO, with one of its largest operations in Japan.
During Golden Week immediately after the opening of the mall, the mall attracted more than 2 million people, exceeding our initial plan by a significant margin.
The Omotesando project is expected to open in the spring of 2012 at the crossroads of Omotesando Avenue and Meiji-dori Street in the Omotesando area, one of the most popular commercial districts in Japan. |
