New projects

Let me now introduce you to the latest properties opened.

In April 2011, we opened Abeno Market Park Q's MALL, one of the largest shopping malls in Osaka.

We decided in March 2011, to invest in Luogo Shiodome (a temporary name), an office building located in Higashishinbashi, Minato-ku. We plan to open the building after carrying out renewal work. Luogo Shiodome is located in a superior position in central Tokyo, and investments are being made through the SPC.

In the Ikebukuro Higashiguchi project, we are now reconstructing buildings and expect to complete construction work and open them within the current fiscal year.

Starting the period under review, the Meguro 1-chome project on land of the former Pioneer headquarters is listed as a project for the fiscal year ending March 2013.
