I'd like to move on now to describe our segment performance.
Both revenues and profit rose in 4 segments: Real Estate Sales, Contracted Construction, Leasing of Real Estate, and Real Estate Agents. Revenues declined, but profit increased in 2 segments: Retail Sales and Property Management. Both revenues and profit fell in Facility Operations, partly reflecting the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
I will explain the performance in each segment in detail later. |
