The next slide provides an overview of Shibuya Fukuras, which was completed in October.
This project is the redevelopment of a site in front of the West Exit of Shibuya Station where Tokyu Plaza Shibuya was located.
The upper floors of the facility have been leased to GMO Internet, Inc. for use as an office. The commercial facility floors will be the new Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, which will commence operation in December. The C'est La Vie roof-top bar, which operates at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, is scheduled to open on the top floor of the facility.
In addition, the facility features a bus terminal on the first floor.
Featuring service of the limousine airport buses for Haneda and Narita, in addition to fixed-route buses, the terminal is equipped with a tourism support facility and will function as a new gateway to Shibuya.
