Total assets at the end of September 2019 increased ¥80.4 billion from the end of the previous fiscal year, to ¥2,485.7 billion.
Real estate for sale increased due to payments for construction in predetermined projects and new investments, and non-current assets also increased due to progress in investments mainly in predetermined projects.
Interest-bearing debt also rose ¥109.6 billion from the end of the previous year, to ¥1,399.4 billion along with investments.
