This slide provides an overview of Shibuya Solasta, which was completed in March.
This project is the development of a whole block and properties located southwest of Shibuya Station, including the previous headquarters of the Company, situated along the National Route 246.
Using a lot of greenery, the facility features IoT-leveraged smart offices to realize the Green Work Style concept that contributes to reducing employees’ stress and improving productivity. By providing such offices, we will verify new office value in times of change.
