This slide shows the management stock conditions.
The upper part of the slide shows the trend of the number of condominiums under management. The number of condominiums under management at the end of March increased by about 26,000 units from the end of the previous fiscal year, to 741,000 units.
Partly because it has been decided for facility management to receive large contract orders for public facilities at the end of March 2018, we are planning to increase the number of units under management to around 830,000 units.
The lower part of the slide shows the trend of the number of buildings under management.
The number of buildings under management at the end of March also increased by 30 buildings from the end of the previous fiscal year, to 1,483 buildings.
We are planning to increase it to 1,553 buildings by March 2018.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, we contracted the property management of the PFI business Higashi-Osaka City New City Hall in addition to Shizuoka Prefecture’s Kusanagi Sports Complex and Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, and we are expanding the contracts of public facilities as well as office buildings by taking advantage of our high-value-added management expertise.
