I would now like to provide an overview of the Property Management segment.
In the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, the segment posted an increase in operating revenue of ¥3.4 billion year on year, to ¥148.6 billion, and an increase in operating profit of ¥48 million year on year, to ¥8.1 billion.
The management stock of both condominiums and buildings expanded and resulted in an increase both in revenues and profits.
In terms of the outlook for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018, we expect an increase in operating revenue of ¥5.4 billion year on year, to ¥154.0 billion, and an increase in operating profit of ¥0.5 billion year on year, to ¥8.6 billion.
We are planning both revenue and profit increases based on the expectation of continuously expanding management stock of condominiums and buildings as well as an increase in construction completions.
