The red lines indicate the vacancy rates. The rate increased to 2.0% from 0.8% at the end of December due to the influence of replacements of tenants at existing properties, etc., but still remains at a low level.
The average rent for offices as shown by the bar graph has increased steadily with rent hikes of existing buildings to ¥24,210 per tsubo per month at the end of March.
