Shibuya Redevelopment (3)

This is an image of the Shibuya area in around 2027, when the redevelopment of Shibuya that is being carried out by the Tokyu Group will be completed.

The projects shown in blue are those being carried out mainly by Tokyu Corporation, and the Shibuya Station South Block and the Shibuya Station Block are expected to be completed in fiscal 2017 ending March 31, 2018 and fiscal 2027, respectively.

A project led by the Company, Dogenzaka 1-chome Station-front Area (shown in red), is expected to be completed in fiscal 2018, and it is planned to be equipped with high-grade offices on the upper floors and commercial facilities on the middle and lower floors.

With plans for the establishment of a terminal for airport limousine buses, tourism support facilities and other services, the area is expected to become a gateway to Shibuya as a base for city tourism.

The Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block is expected to be completed in fiscal 2020 with a plan to establish offices and commercial facilities as well as condominiums, medical facilities and service apartments that are also suitable for overseas visitors and childrearing support facilities, among other facilities. The block is expected to become a multifaceted facility that will offer all the city functions, work, housing and entertainment.
