Major Projects (Greater Shibuya Area)

This slide shows the commercial facilities and office properties in which the Tokyu Fudosan Holdings Group is involved in the Greater Shibuya Area.

Properties shown in green are properties in the planning stage.

In addition to the redevelopment project around Shibuya station, the Jingumae 6-chome Project, a commercial facility, and the Shin-Aoyama Tokyu Building, an office building, will be completed and opened during the current fiscal year in the Omotesando and Harajuku area, near Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku, which opened in fiscal 2012 ended March 31, 2013.

By continually developing properties in the Greater Shibuya Area through fiscal 2020, we will establish our No. 1 position in offices and commercial facilities in the Greater Shibuya Area.
