Let us explain the features of the Shibuya area and the significance of the redevelopment in Shibuya once again.
Since its foundation, the Tokyu Group has had its headquarters in Shibuya, and has carried out development in Shibuya as its major base.

Shibuya has now become a town that possesses unique and powerful features that other towns do not have, with the concentration of a variety of entertainment industries including film, music and fashion.

Centered on Shibuya station, one of the largest stations in terms of passenger numbers in Tokyo, the office area features the advancement of the agglomeration of IT companies compared with other areas.

The bar graph on the right, the ranking of destinations visited by foreign tourists, also suggests that Shibuya is one of the prominent target cities for city tourism.

As a member of the Tokyu Group, by undertaking further revitalization all over town through the redevelopment of Shibuya, we will create "Entertainment City Shibuya" where work, housing and entertainment are blended together.
