Medium- and Long-Term Management Plan

The basic policy of the new Medium- and Long-Term Management Plan is to become a corporate group that continues to create value by expanding the associated assets and creating new demand based on a customer viewpoint.

We will seek to increase the Group's revenue base by expanding and creating business opportunities through the expansion of the associated assets centered on the four core businesses: Urban Development, Residential, Property Management and Real Estate Agents.

We will also strive to acquire sources for further growth by maximizing the use of the Group's strengths in the Wellness business, the Tokyu Hands business and other businesses, and creating new demand through the evolution of the business model.
