Co-Creation with Partners initiatives

We would like to introduce some specific examples of our efforts.

First, we would like to discuss the comprehensive business alliance with East Japan Railway Company, which was announced in February 2023.
We have entered into a comprehensive business alliance with the aim of solving social issues and achieving growth for both groups through sustainable community planning based on environmental symbiosis and community self-help.
The two companies are pursuing a wide range of business collaborations, including promoting the “Funabashi Ichiba-cho Project (tentative name)” in the residential business, and establishing a joint fund in the renewable energy business in March 2024.

Next, here is some information about a collaboration with tenants aimed at energizing the start-up industry in the Shibuya area.
We have entered into collaborations to support the growth of start-ups with Sansan, Inc. and LegalOn Technologies, Inc., which are tenants at Shibuya Sakura Stage.

There is also some information about our selection as a developer for the “Sazan Tosu Cross Park.”
A consortium represented by Tokyu Land Corporation was selected as the developer for “Sazan Tosu Cross Park,” a new industrial park for which Tosu City solicited applications as a joint project between Saga Prefecture and Tosu City. The consortium will develop this new industrial park around the core themes of GX and DX.

Finally, some information about our selection as the negotiator with right of first refusal for the “Kyushu University Hakozaki Campus Site Land Use Project.”
A corporate group consisting of eight companies, including Tokyu Land, represented by Sumitomo Corporation, was selected as the negotiator with right of first refusal for the “Kyushu University Hakozaki Campus Site Land Use Project” by Kyushu University National University Corporation and Urban Renaissance Agency Independent Administrative Agency Kyushu Branch Office. This project will create and spread information about new industries, while also contributing to future community planning that leads the world as an environmentally advanced city.
