Property Management & Operation ② Stock of properties

The following is an introduction to the status of our management stock and the major properties we are contracted to manage.

In the property management business led by Tokyu Community, we are entrusted with a wide range of assets, not only condominiums and office buildings.
Hokkaido Ball Park F Village, which opened in March 2023, and Yoyogi Park Park-PFI Project (tentative name), operatorship scheduled to start in February 2025, are also properties managed under contract.
In addition, Tokyu Community also began managing Yokohama Arena from April 2024.

Although we plan to reduce the number of condominiums under management, we will not rely on stock expansion for profit growth, but will instead shift from “quantity” to “quality.”
