This slide shows cash flows and investment performance and plans.

In the investment plan for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the development of large-scale projects will slow down and capital investment will decrease from the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024. However, in land and buildings for sale, we plan to continue investing in rental housing, logistics facilities, and other assets in order to achieve further profit growth going forward.
