I would like to introduce our DX initiatives.
First, we released a report on DX, positioned as the Group-wide policy, in November 2023.
We have formulated four priority issues and introduced specific examples of each initiative.
For details, please refer to the DX Report2023 on our website.
Next is the selection of "Digital Transformation Issues 2023.
The company was selected as one of the "Digital Transformation Issues 2023" in recognition of its DX strategy integrated with its management strategy, organization and systems to realize the strategy, and examples of deepening existing business models and creating new business models by utilizing DX.
Specific examples,
Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu's sales of "Niseko Powder Tokens," the first ski NFT in Japan.
Niseko's powder snow is recognized around the world as "JAPOW (Japan + Powder + Snow)," and we sold NFTs (non-fungible tokens) with early entry rights (the right to enter before the opening time and ski before anyone else) at the ski resort. The NFTs were sold.
We will continue to provide new experience value by combining real experience value and NFTs, and will work to enhance the value of Japan's tourism resources and real estate through the use of NFTs.
Lastly, we are working on the digital twinning of condominiums in our housing business.
We have entered into a strategic partnership with Accenture, and by utilizing the CGI (Computer Generated Imagery) provided by Accenture, we will create digital twins of BRANZ properties, improve CX, and reduce the environmental impact of model room construction, etc.
The company is already working on sales using digital content, and while making the most of the fact that the digital twin is an elaborate simulation tool, it aims to provide an experience value comparable to a model room tour, and in some cases, exceeding the model room experience.
