The following is an explanation of our major projects, including office and commercial facilities.
In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, we will open a series of large-scale projects, including Forestgate Daikanyama (Daikanyamacho Project), which opened in October, COCONO SUSUKINO (Sapporo Susukino Ekimae Complex Redevelopment Project), which is scheduled to open at the end of November, and Shibuya Sakura Stage (Shibuya Station (Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan), which is scheduled to be completed at the end of November.
