The following is an overview of upcoming major projects for hotels and healthcare facilities, as well as Tokyu Stay’s operation status.
The upper section is an introduction of major projects.
Membership sales are progressing steadily, including Tokyu Harvest Club VIALA Karuizawa Retreat scheduled to open in October 2023.
The lower left shows the operation status of Tokyu Stay.
Due to a recovery in inbound demand and other factors, RevPAR in June 2023 is above the pre-COVID-19 level of June 2019.
