The following is an introduction to the status of our management stock and the major properties we are contracted to manage.
In the management business led by Tokyu Community, we are entrusted with a wide range of assets, not only condominiums and buildings.
Hokkaido Ball Park F Village, which opened in March 2023, and Yoyogi Park Park-PFI Project (tentative name), operatorship scheduled to start in February 2025, are also properties managed under contract.
We will continue to expand stable earnings by leveraging our expertise in the management of a wide range of assets.
