⑤ Major project 〜Shibuya Sakura Stage〜

Let us cover Shibuya Sakura Stage (Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan), which is expected to be completed in November.
At the facility, a large-scale complex where people simultaneously “work, living and play,” an office where corporations of varying scale can flexibly become tenants and a commercial facility that creates cutting-edge trends and culture and communicates associated information coupled with the sole residences in Shibuya Station’s central area will be established.
Additionally, a serviced apartment that accommodates the likes of non-Japanese businesspersons, a childrearing support facility, an international medical care facility, and an entrepreneurship support facility to serve as a forum of creation for new business will be introduced.
