In FY2023, the successive opening of large properties is scheduled with Forestgate Daikanyama (Daikanyamacho project) to open in October, Shibuya Sakura Stage (Shibuya Sakuragaoka Block Redevelopment Plan) to be completed in November,
and COCONO SUSUKINO (Sapporo Susukino Station-Front Complex Redevelopment Plan) to open in Autumn.
