This is a breakdown of each segment for operating profit under our full-year forecast and sales of assets.
For operating profit, the Property Management & Operation and Real Estate Agents business segments will post an increase in profit while our other two business segments will see a decline in profit over last year.
For sales of assets, while we rearranged certain properties and took other actions since our initial forecast, the real estate sales and purchase market is currently brisk.
