The upper section indicates a breakdown of operating profit according to segment for our Second Quarter financial results.
We posted increases in profit over the same quarter last year in three segments, the exception being the Urban Development segment, which experienced a decline in gains on sales by asset.
The lower section contains information on revenue from the sale of assets according to segment.
The real estate transaction market continued to be brisk. Sales of assets as of the Second Quarter progressed steadily relative to our full-year plan, particularly those for rental housing and logistics facilities.
